Location, friendly landlord

LOTS of roaches, grumpy nosy old ladies on the 4th floor

Roaches, nasty neighbors and the worst management I’ve ever encountered

Moved into this apt and was so excited but I should have listened to the girl who lived there before me when she shook her head when I asked her if she liked living there upon viewing the apt. I wish I hadn’t brushed it off. I lasted 3 weeks in this apt bc it was infested with roaches. I literally have ptsd bc of the three weeks of hell I endured living there, not to be dramatic. I know that nyc has pests, I lived in Hell’s Kitchen for 4 years so I’m aware but I’ve never seen anything like this. They tried to spray and get rid of them after I called and called but it didn’t work. When I realized I needed out, they didn’t call me back or the woman at the front desk would screen me. I tried emailing but getting Ramin to respond was impossible. Finally they agreed to terminate my lease. I had to fight to get my security and brokers fee back, I also wanted them to reimburse me for my moving expenses as I just moved and I wanted the months rent back bc they clearly knew it had an issue but they wouldn’t. At the end of the day I was just glad to be out of there and never look back. Do NOT rent here or from this company, you will be sorry.
