Not too many frills, but worth the price.

Bad super bad landlord bad management. The building is poorly run things break and they make excuses.Scaffolding has been up for over 7 years and no one answers as to when it is being finished. Many issues in the building. Super does not tell the truth

You should take care of your tenants they pay your mortgage

Pros:
Super is excellent, maintenance staff is always fast to fix problems. Never had any issues with the property manager. Building is well maintained.
Cons:
If your unit opens onto first Avenue it can be a bit loud
