SW Management is terrible

Cons:
Management is unresponsive. Building doesn’t have cooking gas and management is unresponsive on how long it’ll take. Dryers don’t dry

Decent management company, bad super

Pros:
No pests, relatively clean, great neighbors
Cons:
Outdated appliances, the super did not answer a single text message or phone call regarding issues with the apartment for over a year and a half. Hot water often ran out, apartment was supposed to be rent stabilized but the landlord raised the rent by $400 a month at the end of my lease.

Decent apartments in a nice, quiet, yet accessible neighborhood.

Pros:
Laundry in building (basement) that’s almost always available. Neighbors are quiet and respectful. Apartments have decent closet space as well.
Cons:
When I first moved in, within the first month on two separate occasions a small and a large roach that were practically dead already appeared on my kitchen floor. A year later I haven’t seen any since, and at least they were already dying. The exterminator does come every month on the second Friday, so that’s a plus.
