Beware of roaches
Former Tenant
Pros:
Allowed short term (3 month lease) Reasonably priced studio Updated kitchen cabinets and bathroom Cheap laundry Great area
Cons:
ROACHES EVERYWHERE - in the hallway, in the apartment. They’d come out in the light. I lived in fear for the duration of my entire lease.
Appliances not updated in unit, no dishwasher.
Building is not clean or well maintained. I personally vacuumed the floors in the hallway bc there were dead roaches.
Advice to owner:
Get cockroach problem under control. I am traumatized for life
