Well maintained pre-war building with modern furnished apartments
Former Tenant
Pros:
Elevator building with laundry in basement. Hardwood floors, white kitchen cabinets, dishwasher, oven, microwave, ac, fridge, etc Prompt maintenance service. Great neighborhood - close to salons, supermarkets, restaurants, bakeries, as well as easy access to the East River promenade, Central Park and museums.
Cons:
Heating/boiler issues during peak winter months. They provided space heaters to combat the problem.
Advice to owner:
Enjoyed my stay here.
