Good basic apartment

Pros:
Responsive maintenance, clean, apts are individually owned, so no big company to get through to if something goes wrong
Cons:
Too hot, wall is shared with next door neighbor, so you can hear them, water pressure goes down and gets very hot when somebody in another apartment flushes a toilet
Advice to owner:
Install some soundproofing, improve plumbing
