Tenant Review 2022
Former Tenant
Pros:
Great location Response Super Friendly neighbors
Cons:
Heat goes out ALOT in winter same with hot water Landlord refuses a long term fix on the situation Cameras in the shared space do not work so no help if your package gets stolen, which happens a lot.
Advice to owner:
Fix the boiler. Add a security camera that actually works.
