Mice! Mice! Mice! Beware
Former Tenant
Pros:
Amazing location and (at the time) price
Cons:
Management will not care about persistent mice issues. I had multiple mice die on rugs, under my oven, and scurry past my feet (and one time on my bed). Despite reaching out to landlord multiple times it was never addressed.
At least there are no roaches. But now I’m scarred.
Advice to owner:
Just because you inherited this building doesn’t mean you should let it go to shambles.

Pretty baseline- I’d live here if I had to
Former Tenant
Pros:
Neighborhood, generous sized bedrooms
Cons:
Constant mouse issues
Advice to owner:
It shouldn’t have taken multiple complaints to get the building cleaned
