Clean building and great super.

Pros:
Super was really great and responsive. Building was clean and well maintained Lots of closet space
Cons:
Packages kept getting stolen and they did nothing. Kitchens needed upgrading
Advice to owner:
Upgrade stoves etc in kitchens

quiet location

Pros:
quiet location. small but decent 1 bedroom apt. super was very attentive. great area close to everything but away from the noise.
Cons:
garbage is outside the front door. at night be careful of the mice. basement also had mice and there was a daycare in the basement! Security door was left open at times. Front of building had smell of urine. lots of pets in the area and dog owners not picking up dog waste.
