Cute little building with great management.
Former Tenant
Pros:
Quiet neighbors and really great management. Christine the building manager is very attentive and helpful. Super is also excellent and always comes promptly when I need something done.
Cons:
Building security is a little sparse. Only visible camera is in the main lobby.
Advice to owner:
I've had a wonderful experience since I moved in over the summer. My only advice is maybe increasing security by putting cameras on every floor. Mostly women are living in this building.
