Pros:
Safe neighborhood. Relatively safe building. Has elevator, laundry. Garbage chute. Building provided ACs, acceptable space for the money.
Cons:
Thin Floors. Noisy neighbors. Occasional harassment from the building Karen. Elevator is often broken. Roach infestation from the level below. Occasionally laundry room floods with sewage. Stolen packages. Finally. Took over six months and a several hundred dollar rent hike for the management to repair a water leak and the ceiling caving in in one of the rooms.
Advice to owner:
Please take better care of the tenants and the building. And screen the tenants you accept better.
