A great gem of an apartment building in the UES!
Former Tenant
Pros:
Well maintained, attentive and responsive super, clean, laundry on each floor
Cons:
Does not get a ton of sunlight given the street it faces - other than that, it is great.
Advice to owner:

Looks nice, not much that can be done about noise
Former Tenant
Pros:
The apartment itself is nice. There's lots of useful things nearby, close to 86th street.
Cons:
The floors are too thin. This means you can hear everything from the people above and below you. It can be really annoying.

Glad I’m gone
Former Tenant
Pros:
Nice location? Super is nice.
Cons:
Very muggy and poor ventilation. I had to run a dehumidifier 24 hours a day during the summer it was disgusting. Literally had to dump gallons of water every day. Walls are super thin. Bugs! Sad it seemed like a nice building, was really eager to move out.

Do not rent from Pan Am Equities or Mirador Real Estate!!! Big mistake!
Former Tenant
Pros:
Good finishes in apartments. Good value. Good súper in this particular building.
Cons:
Bad property management. Unresponsive. Greedy during difficult covid times. No flexibility like the one other management companies show during covid times. Be prepared to be trapped and not have anyone that is willing to speak to you. Rude employees in their Mirador Real Estate company.
Advice to owner:
Check if your lack of training for your employees is really bringing you good results. Before covid, it was a real estate market, now is a tenant market. Look for hospitality sales professionals to help your unskilled workforce

Has a potential
Former Tenant
Pros:
Amazing superintendent. Super fast elevator
Cons:
Super thin walls. Majorly loud floor boards/ceiling.
Advice to owner:
Fix all your floor boards!
