435 E 86th. St
Former Tenant
Pros:
Friendly, hard-working Maintenance staff. Good neighbors. Not a large building. Very good super.
Cons:
Laundry Machines need to be replaced. Low ceilings. Complete electric power. No heat in the winter. Drafty. Ceilings leak a lot. Mice in garbage room.
Advice to owner:
Replace the laundry machines. Better pest control in garbage room. Please penalize tenants whose dogs piss in lobby.

Apt GE major plumbing problems
Former Tenant
Pros:
Elevator works... Yea
Cons:
Apt GE: toilet and tub back up with sewage anytime there's a lot of rain, and drain in backyard regurgitates what looks like vomit when there's a lot of rain. During hurricane Ida, it flooded with 3+ feet of water due to the plumbing. Building refused to compensate for damages to my property incurred, and refused to compensate for the rent during the following month that it was undergoing construction. ELECTRICITY-- ConEd states they are unable to access the meter, so they have been estimating my bill every month to the time of $350-450 per month. Tried to get this sorted by the building and they've still done nothing.
