Boutique Apartment with Quirks
Former Tenant
Pros:
There is an elevator and laundry in the basement. There are only 4 apartments on each floor. The location is great. It's close to a lot of transportation.
Cons:
The heater is on blast for about six months out of the year. You will need to open a window or turn on the AC it's so hot. Sometimes you have to let the water run before you use it. The elevator is small. You can fit two people comfortably.
