Best walk-up in Manhattan
Former Tenant
Pros:
-responsive, fair, and attentive landlords -clean and well-maintained building -great quality appliances-- best oven ever -have never had to worry about anything pertaining to this apartment
Cons:
-York Avenue is a little noisy -Gristedes across the street never turns their lights off so if you have a street-facing unit you better get blackout curtains
