-Easy management -Responsive super -Great AC units

Cons

-No elevator -Bike thief in area that uses grinder so be careful -Floors aren’t as soundproof as you think

Advice to the owners

Make your garbage management a bit more clear, as well as your move in process as it is confusing and unnecessary.
