Not worth what they’re asking for in rent

Pros:
Spacious apartment, lots of light in living room
Cons:
Floors were slanted and uneven; outdated appliances, decor, and details. Delivered apt in broom-swept condition when I moved out, but landlord made me come back and thoroughly clean everything (see attached email). Landlord also tried to keep part of my security deposit stating an “account maintenance fee” which was not outlined in the lease. The landlords were not pleasant to deal with.
