Rude landlord
Former Tenant
Pros:
Big apartments, thick walls so you dont hear the neighbors at all, quiet street
Cons:
Landlord is rude, sarcastic and not very responsive. He nickel and dimes you for everything. The superintendent he employs is a creep and very touchy. He asked me out on dates every time he came to fix something. I had a rodent infestation and the landlord did nothing to rectify the issue. I would not recommend renting here, he was the worst landlord i ever had.
Advice to owner:
Loosen up, be kind to your tenants- they pay your bills.
