Not a safe or sanitary building
Former Tenant
Pros:
Quiet residents, decent water, nice location. Interesting apartment layouts
Cons:
Poor maintenance on building, infrastructure is dated, bad pest control.

Unresponsive management and super
Former Tenant
Pros:
Location, elevator, the view.
Cons:
Leaking ceilings in rain, can hear EVERYTHING from all neighbors. Unresponsive landlord. Needed 311 complaints to resolve everything from no hot water, collapsing ceiling, leaking walls and ceiling
Advice to owner:
Take care of your buildings.

Unsafe and Unhygienic
Former Tenant
Pros:
Great light and unit layouts.
Cons:
Elevator always broken (once with me locked in it), roaches, mice, leaky walls and ceilings (couldn't even use our bedroom), maintenance never fixed anything. Mold issues throughout, caused health problems. Had to hire a lawyer.

Advice to owner:
What you do is illegal and dangerous.

Good area bad landlord
Former Tenant
Pros:
Close to everything and great layout of apartment.
Cons:
Had water leak twice in just one year and they took a month to fix it. Even left the stains on the wall, we had to leave multiple calls and emails for then to actually do the job. Even then it was done poorly.
Advice to owner:
Better responsiveness and to actually fix the apartment not leave it halfway done.
