Meh, it’s decent I guess
Former Tenant
Pros:
The best thing about this apt was its price, which was a pretty good deal for the neighborhood. Water pressure was also great and that’s about all this place has going for it.
Cons:
Walls are paper thin so you 100% can hear everything your neighbor is doing. If you live on the side facing the back, you’ll hear kids screaming throughout the school year because it the back faces a school yard.
There were a few pests here and there but management was good about sending pest control when needed.
I do want to warn any women who live here that the super will make inappropriate and uncomfortable comments about your body. This happened multiple times to me, to the point where I would be anxious about bumping into him and I tried my best to avoid him.
