Overall great experience!
Former Tenant
Pros:
Overall well kept, no major issues in 4 years of lease. Super is responsive and helpful.
Cons:
Not able to control heat in the winter, leaving some days where it's been a bit of an issue on how much heat is coming on when.

Needs improvement
Former Tenant
Pros:
First off it’s a nice building but needs ALOT of renovation and consistent cleaning every week. It just feels like no one cares.
Laundry room is nice to have , but sometimes machines the machines aren’t working.
Area is amazing
Cons:
Rodents / neighbors have rodents as well upstairs
How garbage is taken out leaves trail of slime in hallway and once or twice roaches scurried in door
I have reported black mold on the walls multiple times and they put spackle over it and said it’s fixed ... and finally I reported to the city.
Elevator is slow and sometimes your stuck
Unresponsive super management
Advice to owner:
I love my building but wish there was more care put into it. Needs to be cleaned the lobby every week throughly, hallways cleaned, garbage taken out correct not dragged and left in hall for a long amount of time, if things are broken maybe some help to fix them. And black mold is toxic!
