Reliable building no frills

Pros:
Responsive super Regularly cleaned
Cons:
A lot of the remodeling was done poorly, bathroom and kitchen not in the best conditions. Heat can be inconsistent.
Advice to owner:
Bathrooms need better remodeling.

the location is amazing and the apartments are spacious. the super is also great.
Cons:
the water pressure could kill and the bakery downstairs is a bit loud sometimes
