Sad to leave!

Pros:
Clean Lobby, High ceilings in Unit. Building is well maintained and painted frequently. Pest control is responsive and I’ve only had weevils in my unit for the duration of 3 years.
Cons:
Difficult to get shower to a nice temp. Heater turned up very high in the winter is hell on my eczema.

Very clean, with a responsive Super and building management
Cons:
Some noise from 1st Ave, but really nothing out of the ordinary! The building itself it quiet and maintained well.

Cons:
Loud neighbors, it's like living next to college kids that don't know that other people can hear them

Try not to paint over the electrical sockets
