Super isn’t great, management is somewhat better

Pros:
Quiet building, near the river and close to the park. elevator always works.
Cons:
packages got stolen often. management would say to file a police report and wouldn’t do anything else. the super also didn’t really seem to care and would do the bare minimum of anything asked
Advice to owner:
Put cameras in that actually work so people can feel comfortable getting packages sent there

Cons:
Constant construction in neighboring buildings—with no end in sight.
