Pros:
There is laundry in the building and overall everything is well maintained (some of the appliances are a little old).
Cons:
There are really three buildings that share an entrance and sometimes that confuses delivery people when they try to find their way around or to buzz in.

- Safe area, no crazy neighbors - Management is responsive - monthly pest control - no hidden fees or charges
Cons:
- Super is not very responsive - Packages get stolen easily - Rent is sent by check and not online / electronic
