On the shores of the East River
Former Tenant
Pros:
We’ve been here more than 10 years, the location is wonderful, 2 bus lines start at our front door. There is all the shopping that you would need.
Cons:
The hallway carpet and wallcovering is thirty years old, The heating and air-conditioning units in each room Are no longer made, we are told, so when the unit fails you will get a recondition unit traded from another apartment. Demand a new everything when you move in… It’s your last chance regardless of how long you live here. We are on our fourth washer dryer our second refrigerator our third dishwasher... All of them from storage in the basement…
Advice to owner:
Share the wealth... your grandfather would be so embarrassed.
