Great super, spacious apartments, nice location

Cons

building-wide pest issue, management company that nickel + dimes tenants (and building staff) while failing to make basic repairs -- i've seen 3+ serious plumbing collapses in the last 2 years, and management continually fails to pay for the serious upgrades needed. They're cheap and aren't willing to equip the lovely super + staff onsite with the means necessary to keep the building in safe, habitable condition. Both elevators also fail alll the time.

Stop being so cheap!

Pros

- Rent is relatively cheap. - You live right next to the park. - Dog-friendly building. - Super lives in building and is very nice.

Cons

- Awful pest control. - Garbage situation is out of control outside. Overflowing garbage cans and people throw their trash everywhere. I saw no less than 1000 rats in the garbage area while we lived there.
