Pros:
Overall the building is quiet and in a nice neighborhood
Cons:
I had a mouse infestation in my apartment and management wouldn’t do anything about it. I payed $5k to a broker to help me secure the apartment and they kicked me out after 8 months after I complained about the mouse problem. I then had to spend another $2k to move out of the apartment, pay another deposit. Terrible landlords
Advice to owner:
Get your act together. Hopefully websites like this will hold you accountable for your actions
