Decent building, great super!
Former Tenant
Pros:
Really great super! Whenever we had complaints, the super would send the handyman over to us within a day (sometimes within minutes). Overall pretty solid building, would live here again if it wasn't so far from the train station.
Cons:
Bedrooms in the 2 bed units are really small. Water pressure in the showers not great. Heating also through a pole that is not controllable by us.

Overpriced but good
Former Tenant
Pros:
Roof access was great, nice little buzzer system out front so you didnt need the front door key
Cons:
When i was there I lived with 3 other people and we each were paying around $800…. 4 people paying $800 a month each for a tiny two bedroom??
