Bad mice issue
Former Tenant
Pros:
Great location not far from the Q and near a great park, laundry in the building, pretty quiet and didn't have issues with the neighbors overall
Cons:
Lived here for 5 years and had a terrible mice issue for the last 2 years I was there. The exterminator offered by the building did not want to address the problem as thoroughly and using the same procedures as an outside exterminator was recommending, so had to pay on our own to get one who was more helpful. Several entry points found for the mice to get in throughout the whole apartment and was told it would likely continue to be an issue no matter what given the building's infrastructure. Also had a lot of issues with packages getting stolen/people leaving the front door unlocked - found undomiciled people sleeping in the basement a few times
