Pros:
The building was: nicely kept In a quiet area (at night when school is out) Neighbors are friendly
Cons:
Right next to a school (loud during the day) Someone had a piano that i could hear (lovely playing during appropriate hours i just didn't always love)
Advice to owner:
Honestly no real qualms

Pros:
Nice building, friendly neighbors, quiet area. Close to park.
Cons:
Drainage issues, super is responsive but not actually proactive, trash gets taken out INSIDE of building on 2nd floor. Not stinky nor any pests but odd
Advice to owner:
Follow up with super on tenant requests

Pros:
Small building above the wine store and a block away from the river, liked that it was on a relatively quiet street and pest control came fairly regularly
Cons:
Did not replace the toilet seat, apartment was not cleaned prior to moving in, fridge was also not cleaned, old appliances (freezer keeps breaking down + burner on stove not working), ceiling leak in bathroom, very old bathtub with stains, non-responsive super
Advice to owner:
Need to fix leaks, replace bathtub/toilet, and kitchen appliances, also floor needs replacing (uneven hardwood)
