Not bad for short term housing

Pros:
Gorgeous roof access, nice area, no pest issues
Cons:
SMALL! Could barely fit twin bed, far from train

Great super, horrible mice

Pros:
The super is very responsive and almost always answers our calls!
Cons:
We would have mice in our apartment almost every week besides taking out the trash nightly, never having food on the counters, and keeping the apartment overall pretty clean. They would even come a day or two after the exterminator came.

Adequate temporary housing

Pros:
Management was responsive and accommodating. Roommates are respectful.
Cons:
No elevator. 5 story walk up, post hip surgery. Not fun.
No doorman.
Advice to owner:
None that I can think of.
