Avoid the building
Former Tenant
Pros:
cheap, good neighborhood
Cons:
Management is unresponsive as is the super even when there are leaks. Carbon monoxide detected in building multiple times and management’s response to investigating its cause was delayed and forced. There are also roaches. Would not recommend.

A good deal, but with a cost
Former Tenant
Pros:
Reasonably priced for a 2-bedroom apartment
Cons:
Small, cramped, and outdated
Mice and roaches in the building

Don’t live here
Former Tenant
Pros:
Location is fine
Cons:
Where do I begin. I grew up in NYC and this is the worst living experience I have ever had. We have had countless issues in this apartment to which management responds with the lowest level of urgency possible. The super does not do his job, in fact he actively avoids it.
Advice to owner:
Give a shit about your tenants
