A fine building but you’re on your own
Former Tenant
Pros:
No hassles between neighbors or landlord
Cons:
Landlord would not deal with mice on first floor apt. But it would have required stripping out cabinets

Awful Owners
Former Tenant
Pros:
The UES is a Quiet neighborhood
Cons:
They asked for first, last, security, and an additional month.
There were constant waterbugs in the building.
Management takes forever to respond, has limited working hours. Out of all the buildings i lived in, this was by far the least responsive.
Advice to owner:
Its a renters market, you need to be more customer centric.
