Pros:
Management is responsive
Rent is consistent year over year
Large space
Cons:
Hallways are not cleaned
Had a water bug problem
Heat & hot water shut off for up to a full day (more than once)
Advice to owner:
Clean the hallways, there's always dead bugs on the stairs.
