Pros:
It’s very quiet and a beautiful block close to the park. They’re also now renovating the entry and making it nicer and cleaner.
Cons:
There is a definite pest problem. We have seen a mouse, cockroach and mealworms in our apartment despite being very clean people. Things also do not get fixed and many thinfs are quite old. There is a lot of miscommunication with the owners.
