Pros:
Clean, no pests, 2 full actual bathrooms for 3 bedroom.
Cons:
maintenance doesn’t respond, can hear every footstep outside, things break easy.
Advice to owner:
Respond to tenants and actually do something about it

Village Views Property Management is awful

Pros:
Super was nice. Location is great. Apartment is updated.
Cons:
Noisy. Could hear neighbors well, non-responsiveness or aggressive, rude attitude from property management.

be ready for persistence with any maintenance requests

Nice updates in addition to pre-war details, building hallways are cleaned regularly and have had zero pest issues
Cons:
Building management took over a month to replace our oven when the igniter went out, 2 weeks to replace a fridge, and took almost a month to fix our fully broken heating units in January
