    Pros:
    Clean and well managed building with the kindest live in super. The apt is small but had a brand new renovated kitchen and brand new wall AC. Laundry facilities and elevator are a great feature and lots of the tenants have been there a really long time which is a great sign. Pretty street, close to the park and overall just a great building and experience.
    Cons:
    Would love a dishwasher or updated bathroom but its nyc, can’t be too picky. The walls are pretty thin too but I’d take that over other issues any day.
    Advice to owner:
    Great job! Wish all property managers were like you!
