Quaint family owned building
Former Tenant
Pros:
Great location. The building is family owned so there’s a lot of special care put into it and they are great with communicating when updates or things need to be fixed. Despite how old the building is, it’s been updated and has good appliances. It’s also a very clean building and they have cleaners that come in frequently to clean the hallways and stair well
Cons:
There aren’t many cons other than it’s a walk up so if you live on the 4th or 5th it’s a hike. The fridge in kitchens are smaller than most standard fridges but that’s because there’s more cabinet space in the kitchen. But overall there aren’t many cons here
