Solid management company
Former Tenant
Pros:
Responsive management company, quiet building (except for the occasional annoying neighbor and outdoor sirens), nice/attentive doormen and staff, large apartment with good closet space, comfortable apartment temps in winter and summer, gym and laundry in building
Cons:
No outdoor space or indoor common areas, either private or shared (most of management’s other buildings have these), very dated and tired carpeting and walls in hallways

Things are as promised, pretty quiet for NYC (high floors at least).
living here for a few years and only looking here and elsewhere to upsize.
Cons:
Sometimes have to wait for washing machines, though now there is an app and that helps.
