Bed Bugs and Mice

Pros:
Its central to a lot on the Upper East Side. The Super is really responsive and great at helping you out at the little things. People keep to themselves and noise level is very low.
Cons:
There was an unfortunate string of incidents with roaches, mice and finally bed bugs. The bed bugs, as far as I know, have let to be cleared up. It would be great if the whole building was treated but all the exterminator does is spray your apartment for like 5 minutes. I know people have moved out for that reason. Also mice, i've heard from longtime residents that this is the first year they have seen mice in the building and its an ongoing issue as well.
Advice to owner:
Get proper extermination that is not 5 mins in an apartment
