Pros:
Location, size of kitchen, cats allowed, double door front security. Supers are great.
Cons:
Building needs updates. Heat from the pipes is overwhelmingly too hot when on and can’t be controlled. No laundry room. Water gets clogged (old plumbing) - constantly buying drain-o or like products. Can hear people above you. No central air conditioning.
Advice to owner:
New paint job in the hallways and exterior doors. Flowers or color in backyard would be nice. Exterior, shared interior and some apartment interior need updates I.e. light fixtures, second entrance door and hallway carpet
