Landlord is a terrible person
Former Tenant
Pros:
Spacious apt, ok location…
Cons:
The landlord is a terrible person. Multiple times he threatened to evict me for not breaking down a small box. He allowed his son to move in and smoke weed and had a very loud dog (this building doesn’t allow pets). He threatened to evict me during Covid. He’s a terrible human and slum lord. Don’t live here.
Advice to owner:
Be a better person

Fourth floor tenants
Former Tenant
Pros:
Great two bedroom, spacious, high ceilings, quiet and safe block, lots of closet space, two entrances, no real pest issues, kitchen had enough counter space to cook or put appliances
Cons:
You can hear bother upstairs and next door neighbors. Anyone climbing the stairs was very loud as well. Heat didn’t work well in the large bedroom. Tiny bathroom. Oven was always 50 degrees higher than the dial said. Only the bedrooms had windows, the shared living spaces had them but they faced into a wall so you got no natural light from them.
