Was amazing, but Solow is unfortunately greedy.
Former Tenant
Pros:
Friendly and helpful doormen (my biggest pro!), clean, quiet, spacious, great location
Cons:
Solow forced me to negotiate severely increased (25%+) rent with another company (through Solow) that was in process of buying the building, and then the sale never went through. So I was stuck paying an insanely high price that Solow didn't even set. Solow says they will take into account my situation for next year's lease renewal (and in the meantime I see many other units rent for MUCH less than mine, with the same layout/view/floor). Then they still increased my rent again. I had to laugh. No thanks!
Also, the gym isn't truly a gym. Just a couple of machines. And the rooftop space (even just lounging, not using the pool) costs a membership - not worth it.
Advice to owner:
Stop the greed!

pretty nice, but definitely not luxury.
Former Tenant
Pros:
nice enough doormen and porters, the super is an idiot that doesn't want to be bothered.
Cons:
the super is an idiot that doesn't want to be bothered. the "gym" is non-existent, tiny room with 5 pieces of equipment and a broken incline bench. not quick to replace broken appliances, they recycle old appliances when something breaks- because many apartments have been renovated and have stainless steel appliances not. so they have lots of the old white appliances to keep in rotation.
Advice to owner:
if you want to charge premium rents, you need to have a "luxury building" don't charge $8k/month but have old appliances, metal levolor blinds and buckled parquet floors.

Former Tenant
Pros:
Clean, nice doormen, attentive to service tickets, small gym, pool, laundry rooms not bad, and the apartments are spacious
