Harassers through and through
Former Tenant
Pros:
Rent is low but they'll start harassing you to move out to raise it on your second year there.
Cons:
These are unwell people who only care about money and will try to force you out as soon as your second year to flip the apartment and raise the rent. They will make you feel unsafe in your own home, especially with the rodent infestations. They got a class C infestation they STILL refuse to fix for the cockroach infestation in this building.
Advice to owner:
Psychological help is needed.

Neglect and Stonewalling
Former Tenant
Pros:
No pros about this place
Cons:
Complaints go unanswered, bugs, mice, no heat, windows not operating properly, no fire exit, dirty dirty dirty, staircase has lose steps, paint falling off the walls in the hallway, loud neighbors, dogs barking at all hours, landlord/management tries to intimidate tenants. With other words - stay away from this landlord and building
Advice to owner:
Sell, get into another business
