Incredible building with great management

Pros:
The building is very well maintained and the super is responsive and helpful.
Cons:
Honestly no cons—have not had any issues after 1.5 years.
Advice to owner:
Pay Claudio well, he's wonderful!

Great first apartment

Pros:
overall loved it! exposed brick and modern appliances with a very responsive super intendent
Cons:
We were the top floor and had water damage on the ceiling. The first go around they just painted over it but the second time they actually fixed it
