So corporate and cold
Former Tenant
Pros:
Relatively clean Really nice porter and
Cons:
Management sucked Lots of issues with them— barely answered the phone, hard to get an answer, they dismissed things because they thought it was fine. Burning plastic from an incorrectly installed light fixture in the lobby for days (tenant discovered it and management dismissed it) No laundry cards until begging management to give one out They installed alarms for the roof. Some tenants don’t have fire escapes so it is their only access for emergencies and the landlord didn’t alert anyone and installed blood curdling break in alarms on the roof, meanwhile the maintenance people live the front door open… if they’re so worried about theft.
