Good building, quiet block
Former Tenant
Pros:
Quiet, property management responds to emails very quickly
Cons:
Could be a bit cleaner; professional cleans only on Sundays. Dogs are allowed which can be loud

Regret living here
Former Tenant
Pros:
Great location, fairly quiet neighbors and outside
Cons:
The pest control was so bad it was traumatic. Rats living in the basement (laundry and trash room) for months on end, roaches in common areas, flies throughout the building at all times – even in the winter. Building managers did not seem to care when complaints were made and never truly fixed the issue. Just sent cheap exterminators that never fixed the root of the problem and the pests would just come back. Periods of time without hot water. Periods of time when a radiator did not work – during the dead of winter. Overall horrible experience

Not shitty, Not great
Former Tenant
Pros:
Trash/Recycling is easy, multiple washer/dryers in basement makes doing laundry a breeze. Neighbors are old and super nice.
Cons:
There have been multiple things wrong with the apartment that was have asked to be fixed and it never got done. The kitchen sink has been leaking for 6 weeks and no one has come to fix it. Water damage to the ceiling. You can hear your neighbors with everything they do.
Advice to owner:
Stop making 1 bedroom apartments 2 bedrooms! No natural light comes through when the only window in the apartment is blocked by a flex wall
