Okay building, great neighborhood

Pros

individual apartment renovations are great, neighbors are mostly elderly and quiet. In-building laundry, great area near parks and grocery stores.

Cons

Building has not been renovated since the 60s (individual units have been updated though), the building is not clean. Actively dirty at times.
