Worst building, nicest street

Pros:
Location! Size. New appliances. Laundry in building.
Cons:
Boiler is a continuous issue, all winter.
Advice to owner:
Replace the boiler already!

Pros:
For the most part, the building is quiet and the basement is not in total disarray. Have not seen or heard vermin in the 2 years of residence.
Cons:
Lack of consistent hot water and heating throughout the year. Unlicensed work done and without permits for bugger repairs. Poorly maintained. The live-in super is not the actual superintendent and does shoddy repairs. The management company is non-cooperative, -communicative.
Advice to owner:
Repair things legally and with the proper permits.
