A rare gem for a rental
Former Tenant
Pros:
Good location, competent staff but minimal porter service on weekends Air conditioned laundry room.
, not a bad place to reside, air conditioned laundry room
Cons:
Lazy & distrustful Supt.who has too much authority, no intercom, they use landline, rats near shrubbery., Handyman who has since retired was hungry, disrespectful, greedy and incompetent. No brass was ever polished including kick plates at front door. Graveyard doorman disappears from lobby.
Advice to owner:
Get more active in the management of the building. Do not leave too much in the Supt.'s hands.
